The bounty of Sakuho Town, the flavor of Shinshu.
We welcome you with cuisine made with carefully selected local ingredients.
We offer heartwarming hospitality with dishes made with local ingredients. The signature dish is fried yamame trout on rice. The yamame trout is marinated in a secret sweet and spicy sauce that has been passed down since the grandfather's generation, and is deep-fried twice to give it a crispy texture. It is a luxurious dish that can be eaten whole from head to tail.
The restaurant is particular about using local ingredients, and serves mainly river fish, wild vegetables, and mushrooms, and the dishes prepared by the third-generation owner bring out the local flavor to the fullest. In 3, the restaurant started serving handmade soba noodles, which are made with fragrant buckwheat flour grown in Minamisaku County, and offer a unique flavor.
Please enjoy a heartwarming moment filled with the flavors of local produce and tradition.
