A locally sourced course meal that makes use of local ingredients nurtured by the great nature of Shiga Kogen.
The soil of northern Shinshu, the pure water flowing from the Shiga Highlands, and the energy of the shining sun. Local vegetables and fruits filled with them. Although the prefecture does not have a sea, we also use fish brought in from the Sea of Japan and river fish from Nagano Prefecture. Please enjoy our creative dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Shiga Kogen is one of Japan's leading ski resorts. Although it is a relatively casual area, we have prepared delicious meals even at the ski resort.
