For this road trip, we suggest staying at a villa! There are many tourist spots within a day trip distance, such as the World Heritage site of Shirakawa-go (about 45 minutes by car), Hida Takayama (about 40 minutes by car), Fukui Dinosaur Museum (about 80 minutes by car), Kamikochi (about 90 minutes by car), the castle town of water and dancing, Gujo Hachiman (about 30 minutes by car).
During your stay, you can not only visit these major tourist spots, but also enjoy leisure activities nearby. Why not try to take it easy every once in a while? There are also many other options available, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time.

With our selectable package tours, you can freely enjoy the life of a villa on the plateau while signing up for a one-of-a-kind experience tour tailored to your preferences. For example, even if your father is working remotely, your mother can enjoy an experience tour, or you can have a packed plan such as an E-Bike tour in the morning and camping and BBQ in the afternoon. Experiences may be canceled due to weather, but in that case, there will be no cancellation fee.
You can choose whether or not to have breakfast every day, a terrace BBQ, a hot pot set with Hida beef as the main dish, or dinner at the restaurant. We can flexibly accommodate your requests, such as not needing breakfast today because you are eating at a nearby restaurant, or wanting to sleep in.

HOLIDAY VILLA GRANSUITE
Grand Suites [Kukka] and [Puu] are larger villas suitable for families and groups.
It comes with a spacious open-ceiling living room and dining kitchen, as well as a large terrace of over 30mXNUMX and a private garden.
During the green season, you can enjoy barbecues on the large grill on the terrace. It is also possible for two or three families to gather together.

Workcation villas for couples: "Niitty (Grassland)" and "Metsä (Forest)".
The concept is your second sweet home. This premium vacation home is suitable for long-term stays and comes with a living/dining/kitchen area with a great view, a BBQ terrace, and a work desk.

This is a large 3LDK cottage. Perfect for a couple to relax in, or to enjoy vacation home life with friends or family.
On the first floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and a semi-double twin bedroom.
On the second floor, there are two semi-double beds and an extra bed (up to 2 people can be accommodated by adding three futons). Of course, there is a bathroom and toilet.
Outside the living room there is a terrace where you can have a barbecue and a large private garden, making it a true holiday house.

Plus a single bed, the maximum occupancy for a family of up to five people is three beds.
The facilities are also child-friendly, with hand-washing steps, diaper containers, bed guards, and child guards on the stairs.

Mysterious Sightseeing Tour: Hakusan Spiritual Tour
This is a spectacular spiritual tour that takes you around famous sites of vermilion jewels with a guide, such as Nagataki Hakusan Shrine, one of the three pinnacle shrines of the more than 2700 Hakusan shrines in Japan; the 60m-high Amida Falls, one of Japan's XNUMX most famous waterfalls; the mysterious and unexplored Hakusan Nakai Shrine; and Itoshiro no Osugi, a gigantic cedar second only to the Jomon Cedar of Yakushima and a special natural monument.
E-Bike Nature Tour
A refreshing and moving cycling tour around the natural scenery and tourist spots of the plateau. Ride a cool E-Bike around the course of about 20km. It is electrically assisted, so it is easy to ride up a slight slope. Even if you are not physically active, you can simply enjoy the exhilaration.
Sunlight Day Camp & BBQ
This is a full-scale day glamping experience in Kukuri Forest, located within the Holiday House area. At an altitude of 900m, under the sunlight filtering through the trees, you won't feel the heat even in midsummer. You can swing in a hammock, hang out in a hideaway tent, and enjoy the outdoor experience you've always dreamed of with your friends and family.
Gujo Hachiman Town Guided Tour
Gujo Hachiman is a castle town of water and dance. The Yoshida River, a tributary of the Nagara River, flows through the center of the town, and it is a beautiful town lined with old temples and traditional architecture, where people continue to preserve their culture from long ago. The ancient custom of Bon Odori has formed the identity of the region, and we will tour this unique town with a local guide, where the sound of geta and yukata look best in Japan.
Dainichigatake trekking
Dainichi-ga-take, the southernmost peak of the Hakusan mountain range, is 1709 meters above sea level and is one of the 200 famous mountains in Japan. You will trek to the summit with a guide.
We will take you by car to the Gondola Summit Station at Takasu Snow Park. From the 9th station, we will climb the most pleasant mountain climbing course with a nature guide.

Hirugano Plateau Kiso Horse Ranch

TAKASU MOUNTAINS
Takasu Town, where Hirugano Plateau is located, is the city with the most ski resorts in the Western Japan area. Everyone from beginners to experts will not get bored.
The area is home to Takasu Snow Park and Dynaland (7 minutes by car), the largest in western Japan, as well as Washigatake and White Pier Takasu, commonly known as "Washitopia" (20 minutes by car).
Hirugano Kogen Ski Resort, popular with families and beginners, is just 300m away and within walking distance.
At the front desk, we have discount tickets and advance tickets for various slopes at reasonable prices. We can also provide information on rental skis, so please feel free to ask us.
Takatsuki Snow Park
The largest ski resort in western Japan is an 8-minute drive from our hotel.
The beginner course is long and wide, and experts can enjoy long-distance courses by gondola. If you are looking for an overall choice, this is the place to go.

It's a wide, gentle slope, so children can enjoy it safely.
・Dynaland (15 minutes by car from the hotel)
This fashionable ski resort has a wide range of courses for intermediate and advanced skiers and also offers night skiing.
Shirakawa-go
Shirakawa-go is a historic settlement located in Shirakawa-mura, Ono-gun, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995. The area is known for its unique architectural style called Gassho-zukuri.
Gassho-style houses are characterized by their steeply sloping triangular roofs, which are designed to accommodate the harsh climate of Shirakawa-go, an area with heavy snowfall, and allow snow to slide off naturally.
This villa and hotel resort is located on the Hirugano Plateau, 900 meters above sea level, west of Hida Takayama. Shirakawa-go and Gujo Hachiman are just 30 to 40 minutes away by car, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
