Furusawaen is a complex tourist facility located in the middle of a forest, surrounded by conifers, with clear air, beautiful greenery, and the sounds of birdsong and the murmuring of the pure spring water "Tsubura no Mizu."
At the spacious barbecue area that can accommodate over 350 people, you can enjoy a full-fledged barbecue surrounded by nature while basking in the sunlight filtering through the trees. We also have a variety of facilities available, including the "Udon Dojo" where you can experience making udon noodles, and the forest restaurant "Stellina."

The barbecue area at Furusawaen is one of the largest in Nagatoro, spread out in the forest. It can accommodate up to 350 people, and you can enjoy a full-scale barbecue in an open space surrounded by nature. The barbecue area has a permanent roof, so you can use it without worry even on rainy days.
We use carefully selected domestic meat, freshly picked vegetables, fragrant mushrooms, and other carefully selected ingredients. In addition, our homemade sauces bring out the flavor of the ingredients, making them even more delicious. We also pay special attention to how we grill our food, using a lava grill that has a high far-infrared effect to grill the meat until it is plump and juicy.

About half of the barbecue area has a permanent roof, and the remaining seats can be covered with a temporary roof if needed, so you can use them even in rainy weather.

Udon making experience
You can experience making udon the traditional way, from finishing the dough to making the noodles.
We provide one set of udon-making tools for each person, so you can experience making udon at your own pace.
Each udon has a different flavor and is full of personality, so everyone gets very excited seeing the differences in the udon made by each maker.
Making them together with several people would make it less fun, so we recommend making each one by yourself.
The duration is approximately 1 hour.

Fish catching experience (late April to early October)
You can try catching fish in a pond that is naturally fed by spring water.
Can you catch a fish swimming in the chilly water?
