Akiyamago/Mikura Village
Akiyamago is the collective name for thirteen villages scattered across the Nakatsugawa Valley, which runs along the border from Sakae Village in Nagano Prefecture to Tsunan Town in Niigata Prefecture. The autumn in Akiyamago, a hidden region rich in nature, is particularly beautiful throughout the year, as the mountains are colored with autumn leaves, captivating visitors. In addition to the Nakatsugawa Valley, there are many other viewing spots and autumn foliage spots scattered throughout the surrounding area, such as Nunoiwa, Tenchi, and Osenotaki waterfalls.
Kiyotsu Gorge
