We provide locally-sourced, steamed dishes for you to enjoy under the warm conditions. Invitation menu is mountain fish fried rice. The mountain girl's fish is made with the secret sweet and spicy sauce that my grandfather passed down from here, and the taste is delicious. This is a luxurious dish that can be prepared in a single way.
The restaurant uses local ingredients, including fish, vegetables, and bamboo shoots, and the third generation of old-style cuisine has successfully developed the local flavor. In 2010, we started offering handmade buckwheat noodles, using Nansaku district seeds and aromatic buckwheat flour, and enjoying a unique flavor.

Lodge Yatsugamine is located at Izawa to Chino City along Route 229, 1,500 nautical meters to 1,600 nautical meters. A beautiful white birch forest written by Shuuan Kan-kun.
It has a 12-room guest room with a restored Showa style, and the beautiful and creative scenery of nature, such as the new green, deep green, autumn leaves, and snowscapes, and the light of the moment with a degree of overcrowding.
In my hut, I was in a national park full of nature, so I was able to enjoy the peaceful environment, moderately overcrowded, and simultaneously sensitive to tree-like breathing. Emphasis on self-centeredness and natural coexistence, as well as providing luxurious time.

For over 20 years, we have been offering snowmobiling experiences, an exciting and thrilling activity, as a way to enjoy the great outdoors in winter, and many of our customers have enjoyed them.
This is a tour that takes about half a day to enjoy the natural beauty of part of the Yatsugatake Mountains, at an altitude of about 2000m.
As a power sport and a tool for enjoying the great outdoors, you may find yourself buried in snow, and in some cases unable to move forward, but you will have an amazing experience like no other!
The price varies depending on the distance traveled (maximum distance of 100km or more), but if you have a valid license, we encourage you to experience this wonderful ride!
