The flower lantern restaurant is the current and creative stone cuisine. We use a large amount of locally sourced, mountain and seafood-flavored ingredients, which are the main ingredients of the current season.
Oita Wagyu beef (A4 grade or higher) is rejected because the product is returned to Oita. In addition, products such as handmade sweet potatoes with a warm mouthfeel and other products that have been received by people and are a blessing from the land.
