We will prepare a simple but nutritionally balanced set meal that focuses on the fruits of the mountains.

Steaming soups and vegetables in small pots on the table. Seasonal appetizers served in small bowls inside a tiered bento box, and hot spring eggs.

In an area of ​​about 200 tsubo, we grow about 20 types of crops a year, including cucumbers, eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage, burdock, taro, sweet potatoes, Chinese cabbage, and sunny lettuce.

This is an open-air bath that has been around since it opened in 4. During the winter, hot water is drawn here in preference to Takimi-no-Yu, which is located at the bottom of the stairs. If you are visiting in the winter, please relax and warm up here before enjoying your stay.

This luxurious open-air bath boasts a magnificent view, situated right next to the waterfall. The view of the waterfall from this elevated vantage point offers a different kind of awe-inspiring experience. The bath itself was lovingly crafted by a stonemason around 1965.

We also have a women-only open-air bath with a view of the waterfall peeking through the trees.

This bath was built around 1971, when the opening of the forest road made it possible to transport materials using four-wheel drive vehicles. Designed to invite in the scenery and light, it has the brightness and sense of openness of an open-air bath, even though it is an indoor bath.

This is the oldest bath in our inn. Renovated while preserving the original mountain lodge atmosphere, this bath, along with "Yukimi no Yu" (Snow-Viewing Bath), is a storyteller of our inn's history. It is also a popular indoor bath among our regular guests.

The source of the Kinugawa River flows near Hatcho-no-Yu.

"Kofukutei" is a restaurant exclusively for guests of "Villa Lodge Hachijo." The tatami-floored venue, where about 100 people ate dinner on trays when the hotel first opened, has now been transformed into a spacious, modern main dining hall.
