Soak in golden hot water.
Enjoy our home-grown hot spring water that is rich in efficacy.

Our hotel has two open-air baths overlooking the mountain stream, two indoor baths overlooking the valley, and two private open-air baths, where you can enjoy our own hot spring water rich in iron and carbon dioxide.
Hot springs with dissolved carbon dioxide are said to have the effect of improving blood circulation and lowering blood pressure, making them a rare hot spring in Japan.
Please note that the source temperature is 18℃, which is a cold spring, so it is heated. No water is added.
Please enjoy the sound of the mountain stream and the scenery that reminds you of a painting.

[New building] Senkyotei 18 tatami or 15 tatami

Please spend a peaceful day filled with emotion while enjoying the magnificent scenery created by Mother Nature with a sense of openness and the fresh flowers of each season displayed in your room.
All of the 15-tatami and 18-tatami Senkyotei rooms are located on the mountain stream side. In addition, the 18 tatami room will have a sunken kotatsu in winter.

[New building] Senkyotei 10 tatami mats

[New building] Senkyotei 10 tatami mats

The 10 tatami Japanese-style room located in the new building, Senkyotei, is small, but it is a relaxing room. The windows face the valley, so the view is not as good as in rooms facing the mountain stream. Therefore, we keep our prices reasonable.

[Main building] Seiryuso 9 tatami Western-style room (2 beds) + 9 tatami Japanese-style room

[Main building] Seiryuso 9 tatami Western-style room (2 beds) + 9 tatami Japanese-style room

We also have a combination of a 9 tatami Japanese room and a 2 tatami Western room with 9 beds, so this is recommended for guests who prefer beds. In March 2022, we renewed the Japanese-style rooms and increased the number of Japanese-Western rooms.
Seiryuso is a three-story building, but there is no elevator, so you must use the stairs to get around.

Location

Location

Shirakoma Pond

Shirakoma Pond

Shirakoma Pond is located in the vast virgin forest of Mt. Yatsugatake and is the largest natural lake in Japan at an altitude of over 2,100 meters. Surrounding Shirakoma Pond is a primeval forest of 100-year-old Japanese hemlock, spruce, and sycamore trees, and the ground is covered with moss that looks like a carpet of green grass.
Spring at Shirakoma Pond is late, and snow can be seen even in May, and the pretty pink flowers of Iwakagami signal the late arrival of spring. Until late autumn, when the rowan trees bear their red berries, you can easily see the changing seasons created by alpine plants and nature without having to climb steep mountains.

Mishaka Pond

Mishaka Pond

Mishakai Pond has a magical beauty that is just like a famous painting, with fresh greenery and autumn leaves of larch pine reflected on the calm, mirror-like surface of the lake.
As you know, it was the setting for the famous painting ``Midori Echoku'' by painter Kaii Higashiyama, and it became famous when it was used in a Sharp AQUOS commercial with Sayuri Yoshinaga.
Although it is an artificial reservoir, it gives off a presence that makes it seem as if it has existed since time immemorial.
