The former Soyo-cho area is a blueberry-producing region. During harvest season, fresh blueberries are lined up in stores, and processed products such as blueberry jam and frozen blueberries are also sold. The charm of the region is conveyed through agricultural products.
The store offers a variety of products, including homemade jams and soft serve ice cream made with local blueberries, as well as fresh locally grown vegetables and dried goods such as dried shiitake mushrooms.

Tsujun Bridge
It is the largest arch aqueduct in Japan, built in 1854 (Kaei 7) at the end of the Edo period by Yabe village headman Fuda Yasunosuke to supply water to the Shiraito Plateau, which was suffering from a water shortage.
The length of the waterway is approximately 119.0m, the length of the bridge is approximately 78.0m, the width of the bridge is 6.6m, the height of the bridge is approximately 21.3m, and the radius of the arch is approximately 28.1m. Water is drawn from the upstream of the Sasahara River, approximately 6km away, and the total length of the waterway is approximately 30km, with an irrigation area of approximately 100ha. It has the power to irrigate rice paddies, delivering 15,000 cubic meters of water in one day and night. It was designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan in 1960 (Showa 35), and in 2023 (Reiwa 5), it will be the first civil engineering structure in Japan to be designated as a National Treasure.
Mount Aso
"Mount Aso" is not a single mountain, but a collective name for Mount Nekodake, Mount Takadake, Mount Nakadake, Mount Eboshidake, and Mount Kishimadake, and the five mountains are collectively called the Aso Five Mountains.
When viewed from Daikanbo Peak on the northern outer rim, the five peaks of Mount Aso look just like a reclining statue. Mount Aso has been revered as an object of awe since ancient times, with mountain ascetics worshipping it and ordinary people making pilgrimages to the crater as "Oike-san Mairi."
The Five Peaks of Mt. Aso, affectionately known as the "Nirvana Statue," is a scenic spot where you can enjoy the different faces of the seasons, such as the upside-down Mt. Aso reflected in the rice paddies in summer and a sea of clouds in winter.
