The food culture of Shinshu, which is surrounded by mountains and has no sea, has created a unique taste by skillfully utilizing its natural conditions and natural ingredients.
Wild vegetables in spring, mushrooms in autumn, soba grown in poor soil, and other mountain foods rich in local flavor, such as oyaki and gohei mochi, carp dishes such as carp stew, carp koku, and carp arai, which are indispensable for celebrations, and carp dishes called sakura meat. Horse sashimi with pink, melt-in-the-mouth flesh.
Each of these dishes has been passed down as a culinary tradition, making use of rare ingredients and skillfully devising techniques.
Ryukyo-tei maintains tradition while taking on new creations inspired by old and new ingredients grown in southern Shinshu, and strives to please our customers.

``Tenryu no Yu'' is an observation bath that boasts a river view overlooking the Tenryu River. You can enjoy bathing while looking out at the beauty of the valley throughout the seasons through the large glass windows.
``Jiryu no Yu'' is an indoor bath type, and you can enjoy ``apple bath'', ``hinoki bath'', and ``green tea bath'' as ``various baths'' depending on the season and time of year.
