The meal will be galette, a local dish from the Brittany region of France.

At lunchtime, there are six types of galettes served with a salad and drink.
During dinner time, you can choose from 10 different types of galettes, each with its own carefully selected ingredients, and enjoy them as a single dish or as part of a course meal.
Made with buckwheat flour from Ogimi Village, the only place in Okinawa where buckwheat is grown. The aroma of the buckwheat and Okinawan salt fill your mouth with a balanced flavor along with the other ingredients.

Blue Cave

The Blue Cave is the most popular snorkeling and trial diving spot on the main island of Okinawa.
This cave is located under the cliffs of Cape Maeda in Onna Village in the central area of Okinawa's main island.
The cave is called the "Blue Cave" because the sunlight reflecting inside the cave causes the surface of the sea to glow a mysterious blue color.
