Enjoy a relaxing time in the luxurious, artesian rock bath that springs from beneath your feet

We are proud of our natural spring bath, a rare sight nationwide, where the hot spring springs from beneath your feet. The hot spring water, which springs without coming into contact with the outside air, is extremely fresh. The bathtub, carved out with a chisel, has been left exactly as it was in the past, with newly formed "water bubbles" popping up from the bottom of the bathtub. Come experience the power of hot water that has just bubbled up from the surface of the earth and the refreshing feeling it brings.

This natural rock bath can be reserved for private use, so you can relax in a private space. When you check in, our staff will explain in detail how to bathe. Whether you are alone, with your family, or as a couple, you are sure to have a special time here. Please enjoy this one-of-a-kind hot spring experience.

The rocks in the bath are from when the bath was built.
The cypress bathtub and walls are made from cypress, and the faint wood scent will naturally relax you.
The baths are available 24 hours a day, so please feel free to take a bath as many times as you like.
*Bath times for men and women are switched.

Local cuisine and delicious local Fukushima sake.

We value serving local ingredients with local seasonings and cooking methods. We offer dishes that focus on local ingredients, such as wild plants and mushrooms from the surrounding area, and trout raised in mountain spring water. We use rice produced locally in Tenei Village.
We also offer "Fukushima beef", which has high-quality marbling and is characterized by its tender meat, as well as "horse sashimi", a popular local Fukushima delicacy.
Fukushima Prefecture is known for its sake, having won the most gold medals at the National New Sake Tasting Competition for seven consecutive years. There are many delicious sakes from Fukushima, including "Hirotogawa" from Matsuzaki Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in the local village of Amae, and "Jugetsu" from Suzunoi Sake Brewery.
In addition to sake, we also have a selection of wines.

Ouchijuku

Ouchijuku

Ouchi-juku is a post town that still retains the streetscape of the Edo period. On both sides of the road that connected Aizu and Nikko, known as Shimotsuke Kaido, there were thatched-roof houses, and it played an important role as a stopover station for feudal lords and travelers heading to Edo. The sight of more than 30 thatched-roof houses lined up is extremely rare, and it is one of Minamiaizu's most famous tourist destinations.
