Dinner at Hummingbird is a full course meal featuring our signature steaks, each carefully grilled using tender Japanese and domestic beef.
As the safety of local cows has been confirmed, we will be offering local cows that have undergone all-head testing to ensure safety and security.
Soup changes daily, either cold or hot. The fish is made with plenty of herbs from the highlands, making it a dish that you can enjoy both in taste and aroma. We serve freshly prepared dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. Please enjoy while hot or cold.
We offer red, white, rosé, and champagne wines that go well with your meal. If you consult with us, we will also introduce wines recommended by the owner.

The bathtub and spacious washing area can comfortably fit a family of seven, and can be reserved for families, couples, or even just one person. Because the hot water uses underground water, it is rich in hot spring ingredients such as iron, minerals, and manganese.
Potpourri, which changes with the seasons, is essential for beauty and health. By soaking in the hot water, aroma baths circulate throughout the body and are carried to each organ, warming the body from the core.
The scent is also absorbed through the nasal passages, so you can enjoy refining and healing your body. (lavender, chamomile, rose red, peppermint, etc.)

An interactive safari park where you can enjoy feeding wild animals. Approximately 70 wild animals from around the world of 700 species, including white lions, tigers, giraffes, hippos, and rhinos, live here, mostly free-range.
Deep mountain lake (dam)
Approximately 5km to the left before Itamuro Onsen. It was completed in 48 for the purpose of providing irrigation water, water supply, and power generation for the Nasunogahara area. There is an exhibition hall in the back that provides an easy-to-understand explanation of the power plant. It is especially beautiful during the fresh greenery (early May) and autumn leaves (mid-October).
Momijidani Suspension Bridge
A large suspension bridge with a total length of 320m, the longest non-stiffened girder pedestrian suspension bridge in Japan, has been completed over Shiobara Dam Lake. The majestic Shiobara Valley that surrounds the suspension bridge welcomes you with beautiful scenery throughout the four seasons, spring, summer, fall, and winter.
