You can enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite kaiseki cuisine prepared by our head chef and the home-cooked flavors prepared by the proprietress. Dinner is prepared with an abundance of delicious seasonal ingredients, and is beautiful to look at, with the best of Aso's seasonal flavors being spared.
