The dishes are prepared with Aso's spring water and are known for being rich in flavor. At Tsuruya, which is famous as a culinary inn, the proprietress personally purchases fresh local ingredients at the local market every morning and serves carefully prepared dishes using Ichinomiya's spring water.
You can enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite kaiseki cuisine prepared by our head chef and the home-cooked flavors prepared by the proprietress.
