You can enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite kaiseki cuisine prepared by our head chef and the home-cooked flavors prepared by the proprietress. Akaushi combines umami, tenderness, and healthiness. Enjoy with a beautifully marbled sirloin steak. The famous horse sashimi is also a special dish that can only be found in Kumamoto.

A standard plan that allows you to enjoy seasonal ingredients using ingredients produced in Kumamoto Prefecture.
Sukiyaki Akaushi. The meat has just the right amount of marbling and sweetness, and goes perfectly with the special warishita. Enjoy the texture and sweetness of fresh horse sashimi that melts in your mouth.
