The hotel features a natural hot spring that flows directly from the source, and is characterized by its dynamic layout that skillfully arranges giant trees and rocks, giving you a sense of openness that makes you feel as if you are blending into the middle of nature.
Furthermore, the premises also house the "Hinoyama Onsen Dondokoyu," one of the largest hot spring facilities in western Japan. This hot spring center, with 13 baths and a sauna that can accommodate 30 people, spreads across a vast area, where you can enjoy the cloudy green-white water, which is rare in Aso.
If you want to fully enjoy the hot springs, try a luxurious bath at Dondoko-yu after checking in. We recommend experiencing a different experience the next morning at the hot springs in the main building!
