Churaumi Aquarium
An aquarium that recreates the sea of Okinawa. The main spot, the ``Kuroshio Sea'' aquarium, houses the largest fish species, the whale shark, and the world's first manta ray, which was successfully bred in captivity.
"Churauumi" means "clean sea" in the Okinawan dialect.
Ocean Expo Memorial Park
Ocean Expo Park is a national park established to commemorate the Okinawa International Marine Exposition held in Okinawa in 50.
